Hand Bells

Music

Grace Lutheran Church celebrates Christian faith with music throughout the year.

"Let everything that breathes praise the Lord" (Psalm 150:6)

The congregation of Grace is blessed with many gifted voices and talented musicians. Our worship services are greatly enhanced by the gifts our choirs and instrumentalists share on Sunday mornings.

Fritts Organ

The central instrument in support of the Sunday morning worship services at Grace is the pipe organ situated in the rear of the church. Our organ was hand crafted by Fritts Organ builders. Installed in 1993, we have enjoyed wonderful accompaniment for the Liturgy and Hymns which are of special importance to us as Lutherans.

For more information regarding this special instrument, please see our Fritts Organ page.

Handbell Choir

The Grace Handbell Choir provides musical enhancement to our time together in worship. Whether they are accompanying the organ or playing alone, this group enriches the music program at Grace, through beautiful music. If you would like to join the bell ringers, you are encouraged to do so. As more people join the group, the catalog of offerings that can be played expands dramatically. Bell rehearsal takes place on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:00p.m.

Vocal Choir

Bass, Tenor, Alto and Soprano join together to provide spiritually uplifting and moving chorale presentations of traditional and contemporary writers and composers. The choir practices on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:30p.m. during the choir season, September through May. Anyone is welcome to join this talented group.

Instrumentalists

Strings, Wind Instruments, Brass and Percussion are all welcome in the worship of our Lord. Together with a diversity of instruments and voices we can make a joyful noise to the Lord.
